"Now I've talked a lot about the end of the race. The last mile or the last lap in getting in that good positioning for the sprint. Well what is the sprint. That's what I am going to tell you about now. If you think about it and you are a little kid and you are on your bike and you are racing your friends, that is pretty much what the sprint is. It is the end of the race where you want to go out a 100 percent. You are going to feel it in your arms, your abs, your legs and you are going to hold onto this bike and go as fast as you can to get to that line before anybody else. The exciting part is when you are sprinting, you've got your head so into the game, you are so focused, you feel your body moving and you see people coming around. There is nothing like that when you know that you are hanging in there with a group and you are giving it your all and you cross that line. That is the most exciting thing. So now I am going to go out and show you what a spring looks like. "
