"Hi I'm Andrew Bridden here on behalf of expertvillage.com we are at the Arizona Center of Mixed Martial Arts with me is Robert Garcia our head kick boxing instructor. We are demonstrating some of the drills we view on the tear drop bag. The tear drop bag is nice because it is versatile for what we do. It also works our hands, knees, and kicks, upper ducks as well because of the shape of it we could attack the bottom with upper cuts. Which is Rob is demonstrating right now. So it is really nice to work a upper technique as well as improving our conditioning. Now the stations that we do now this might be 1 and then Rob is going to go in to the ring and he is actually going to work some pad drills in the ring. So as Rob heads out Freddy is going to come in and Rob is just working his hands pretty heavy but, Freddy is going to work his kicks. So he would work some Thai kicks, some push kick which this bag allows up to do, knees as well. We mention the Thai clinch earlier Freddy could actually get a Thai clinch on the bag and sit there and work his knees. Straight knees as well as his side ways knees. Very effective training tool to work those. Like I said the conditioning aspect which is huge because we would set the rounds for 2-3 minutes at a time and it is non stop hitting the bag for 2-3 minutes like Freddy is doing right now. It is non stop attacking multiple kicks, multiple knees, a great training tool for us."
