"I'm Angel Perez. This is Sensei Richard Acuna with Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida teaching you No-Gi grappling. Next, we're going to be demonstrating again, what in judo is known as Tani Otoshi. This a counter move. You do not initiate, your counter, you react. I will in this case, start the move. He will stop me with his hips, throw me forward, and then he will take me to my back to his left side. Go ahead slowly sensei take me to the back. Again, always into a superior position or a pin, very important. Now, we're going to show you in real time what this looks like. Remember, this is a counter move. You do not initiate this. You need your opponent to initiate it so you can counter and come up in a pin."
