"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Angel Perez. This is Sensei Richard Acuna with Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida teaching you No-Gi grappling. Next, we're going to demonstrate the double leg take down. He's going to use his arms to come around and take me down with both of my legs. Right now it doesn't matter whether I have one leg in front, the other leg in front, or I'm in a basic stance. Okay. He's going to shoot for both of legs without looking at my toes. If he looks down at my feet, I know where he's going, so he's going to look up at my upper body or my eyes to fool me. He's going to fake me up top and then he's going for both of my legs. Up on top. Now I'm going to show you in real time what it looks like. "
