"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Angel Perez. This is Sensei Richard Acuna with Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida teaching you No-Gi grappling. Next, we'll be demonstrating what is called and known as the single leg take down. Slowly. He's going to go for my front my leg. Obviously, he can't go for the rear leg; he'll never get there. The idea is for him to come in. Go ahead work sensei. Grab one leg and bring me down on that one leg to the side, and in a superior position up on top. Now we're going to show you in real time what this looks like. Again, he's on top in superior position. "
