"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Angel Perez. This is Sensei Richard Acuna with Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida teaching you No-Gi grappling. The first thing we are going to teach you today is called the fireman carry. The fireman carry goes as such. If you notice, you need a good grip on the arm. You need to come in and lift your opponent off balance towards the side and the front. You come in between, pick him on your shoulder, come up on top in a superior position. Now, we're going to show it to you in real time what it looks like. "
