"DR. LIOR KANE: Hi. This is Dr. Kane with Expert Village, and I am the author of "How to Become a Professional Bachelor." As a professional bachelor, you need to know what you need and what you need not eat, and I'm going to tell you a little about the bachelor's diet. First of all, all bachelors have a voracious appetite for women. And if you want to get the women, you need to look your best and also feel your best. So, the bachelor's diet is not only to achieve success with women but also the long and healthy lifestyle. As a physician and a physiologist, it has been shown that the American diet is a way too saturated in fats and chemicals. My recommendation is simple as following: Number 1, avoid fried foods. Number 2, minimize your carbohydrates particularly white ones such as breads, egg whites, et cetera. Number 3, have tremendous amount of proteins in your diet and avoid the mayonnaise such as chicken, tuna, et cetera. Eat a few meals a day, five to six meals a day at small portions, usually the size of the fist. By doing these things and having regular exercise, you are ready to conquer the world 'cause if you feel good about yourself, you can feel good about any relationship that you may have. One of the biggest faults that most men and women have is they don't feel comfortable in their own bodies. Look, if you don't feel comfortable in your own bodies, you're certainly can't feel good being comfortable with someone else's body next to you. So, follow a good proper diet, always consult a physician before doing any radical changes, eat sensibly, exercise regularly and you're off to a good, vigorous start and your appetite for women will increase as well, I guarantee it."
