"Hi, I’m Jacob Garcia with JGG Fitness Denver. I want to teach you an exercise called Pass the Ball. For this exercise you need a mat and an exercise ball. First, what we’re going to do is we’re going to lie flat on the ground and hold the ball in front of you and then bring it over your head. You’re going to be with your back flat against the mat, with your pelvis tilted toward the ceiling and your feet just a little past shoulder width apart. Now at the same time we’re going to bring our hands and feet up and pass the ball from our hands to our feet. The only thing that should be leaving the mat is your legs and feet and your arms, head and upper shoulders. So let’s go ahead and try that. We’re going to go up, grab the ball from your feet and then back down. Great, let’s do that again. This exercise is great for the rectus abdominus and also keeping your balance. After you’ve done about 15 or so, you want to take a rest, get some water, and maybe do one or two more sets"
