"In this segment we're going to get into a position just as if you're about to do a crunch but we're not doing a crunch here but you will feel a great workout in your lower abdominals. As well as the inner thigh, the top of the quad and all the way down through the leg. You're going to lay on your back. Now there is two different levels to do this. If you're an expert and you've done this a million times and it's no problem, you can put your hands out to the side. I'm going to start with my hands underneath my bottom just to keep myself a little more stable cause it is very difficult with your arms out to the side. We're going to ease your way down to the floor, put those hands and arms straight underneath. Again advance would be out to the side. Arms underneath, legs out straight in front of you and we're just going to do a scissor kick. Point those toes really hard. The more you point your toes the more of a workout you're going to get in that thigh. And just reach up to the sky. You can change and do larger ones but it is actually a more difficult workout with controlled smaller kicks as you go. While you're doing this you'll feel a really tight pull all the way through the inner thigh and the lower abdominals. Try and keep your lower back as close to the ground as possible with hands nice and stable underneath the bottom and a nice controlled scissor kick. I want to make sure that those toes are pointed all the way out till you're really getting the workout in your legs that you need."
