"In this segment, we're going to focus on the number one thing you have to do, especially when learning a new workout, working a new muscle group, and that's stretching. We need to focus on our inner thigh today because that's really our focal point of our workout. We're going to start. Either just pull a knee in or we can do a complete straddle. I'm going to do a complete straddle today just because we're really working on that inner thigh. Just by sitting here like this, you can feel that stretch that you're getting on the inside. Pick a side that you're most comfortable with. Start out and just move your weight all the way down and feel that stretch all the way through your inside of your thigh and underneath your hamstring. Reach as far as you can into your toe, come back up to the top. Let's go through to the center. As we pull through to the center, I want your head to come all way straight down here and really feel that pull through the inner thigh. Don't over do it. We don't want to pull any muscles here. Just do it to where you feel like you're getting a good stretch on the muscles that we're really going to be working. Go all the way through come back up to the front, reach over to the opposite side all the way down until you feel like you got that good stretch. Come to the center for a butterfly position. Press your elbows down and again, work on that inner thigh. Press all the way outward so that we don't have any injuries while we work out today. "
