"The next topic we are going to discuss is road running and the pros and cons that are involved with that. Some of the pros that are involved with road running are, one of the main one's is that it allows you to run outside in elements and on different surfaces and conditions. The elements could range from snow and cold, to hot and humid, to rain. It allows you to acclimate. Therefore, if you decide to run in any races you can adjust accordingly because you did that in your run training. Another advance to road running is it allows you to run different surfaces, different hill areas."
