"Right now I am going to show you some new exercises that will improve your forearm strength. We are going to do some wrist and some forearm curls with the rope. I've got a five pound weight hanging off that. You can use ten pounds or twenty-five pounds if you're nuts. But, for now, we are going to use the five pound weight and what I?m just going to do, is I?m just going to curl this up. Again, nice and slow and even though I?m doing this exercise with a light weight, notice there is still a slight bend in my elbows, my knees are bent protecting my lower back. I just want to curl that straight down. Don't let that rope do that. It's ineffective and defeats the purpose of the exercise. And the wood is just going to scorch your palms just a little bit. So again, just going to roll that down and then again, roll it straight up. And again roll that straight back down. Here you go. That's a forearm curl using a rope and a weight."
