"Right now we are going to do another exercise for your triceps. A Close Grip Push Up is going to work your chest as well as your triceps. You want to go down on the floor, have your palms flat down, close together, and your fingers in a bit of a diamond position. Keep your back flat. Your neck is always neutral with your spine. You just want to come down and up. Come down your chest over your hands and straight up. Keep your core nice and tight. Keep your back straight. Protect that spine by keeping your neck neutral. Use the muscles in your triceps to perform the push up. That's a Close Grip Push Up to work on your triceps."
