"Next, I am going to show you how to properly perform a Supine curl on an inclined bench. Feet are flat and start with a weight that is comfortable. Back on the bench. Again, head on the bench. Looking straight ahead. Neck is always neutral with your spine. Feet flat firmly on the floor for balance. You want to start here. Again, you want to curl straight up and down. Here, this is going to attack your bicep from a different angle, using the weight and gravity as resistance. And down and up. Again, breath normally. Don't swing the weights. A sign again that the weight is too heavy is the swinging of the shoulders and moving your arms away from your ribcage. Again, it is up and down. Breathing normally. Just a couple of more. And that is it. That is your Supine or incline bicep bench curl."
