"Next we're going to show you how to do a proper pull up using a wide grip on the bar here. What you want to do is grab the bar with a nice wide grip, not too wide. Right about here, a little further than a shoulder width apart. You can come from, start from a dead hang. Make sure your feet are nice and bent and off the floor. And nice slow and controlled motion, pull yourself up hold that for a half second and come on down. Again, up and down on a dead hang. Very important. Up and down. My abs are nice a tight, thing you don't want to do. You don't want to swing. Momentum is not your friend. Pull up at the back, come on up and down. Again, start with a nice wide grip, start from a dead hang and pull yourself up. Don't swing your legs and try to stay nice and balanced with a nice grip on the bar."
