"Next, I'm going to show you how to work your lower pecks using these cables coming up from a different angle. So, your working your chest from all three angles. Chest muscles are strained, so you are going to have to work your center pecks, upper pecks, and also your lower pecks. This exercise coming from the low pulleys is going to show you how to work the lower part of your pecks. Center yourself, back straight, your core; your ab muscles are nice and tight. That's what going to help you stabilize the weight. Again, center, nice and slow you just want to pull that right up to about eye level. hold that and come on back down nice and slow. Again, bring those up about eye level, hold that, and back. I will demonstrate a few more. you are breathing normally. No herky-jerky motions. Don't bounce.
