"So after all that work we're going to go into resting pose. It is the most important part of the day. Completely relax. Let go of everything. Let thoughts come and go. Let every muscle in your body relax. Use gravity as your best friend. All you have to do is lay flat on the mat and let your body weight do the work. If you become distracted, don't judge. Just come back to watching your breath. Watch your breath come in and out of you body and with every inhale, nourish and every exhale, just let go of what you don't need. Let go of any thoughts that are coming through. Let go of any tension. And I want you to hold the resting pose for at least ten to fifteen minutes. Let your body come up as it naturally wakes up, start wiggling your toes when you're ready and turn to one side. Sit up very slowly. Be very gentle with yourself and make sure you drink lots of water all day and not too cold water after all that work. Okay, now this is Shiva sena. You're going to stretch yourself out and lay down. If you have lower back pain it is okay to put a pillow under your knees. If not, lay your feet out. Let your feet stretch out. Let your feet fall open. Your palms are going to be up high to the sky faced toward the ceiling. Tuck your chin, like lifting your head and tuck your chin under. If you rest your head on that spot, there's a flat spot so your head will not fall to one side and you can totally relax your neck. Tuck your shoulders under. When you're in that spot, just ahhhhhhh settle in and relax every cell in your body and enjoy. We just went through a body sculpting for new mom?s class. Great job for those of you who made it through. I just want to remind you that be patient with yourself. The little bit that you do the stronger you're going to get and the more that you can do. Patience is so essential and the more you can send yourself love and congratulations for being a new mom it's so important. The more you can treat yourself to things that can help you with less stress and feeling wonderful. It's going to pass on to your family, your children and it's just really awesome. And thank you for joining us at Expert Village. My name is Harmony Blossom."
