"Hi, I'm Harmony Blossom and I'm about to teach a body sculpting for new moms class. I had three babies in three years from this little tummy and I was not one of those who gained like twenty pounds during my pregnancy. I have healed completely and restored all my abdominal muscles, legs, I've gotten stronger in my arms. Since having those three babies, even practicing yoga ten years prior to having children my yoga practice has gotten stronger through motherhood and I'm here to share that with you. I have taught yoga for five years and specialized teaching children, pregnant moms and also body sculpting for post partum moms. Really, up to four years post partum, sometimes it takes that long to just get back into your abdominal strength, your leg strength and your body energy after having a baby. I do teach this class at Creative Space USA in West L.A. for those of us who are local Californians and again my name is Harmony Blossom."
