"If you're unable to put a lot of weight on your neck or the crown of the head, there is an option. You can use an inversion stool. I've got one right here. I'll show it to you real quick. It has nice sturdy metal legs to keep you safe. This little horseshoe thing here is nice and cushioned. That?s where you're going to be placing the shoulders. That?s where all your weights going. It?s very very very comfortable. So here we go. I'm going to stand up, grab a hold of either side of the handles. Place the head in. Move until I'm comfortable in the back of the chair. Notice how my shoulders are resting onto it. I'm going to walk my feet out just a little bit so I can use my core as I go up. Slowly lifting one leg. And then the other one. This is a wonderful way to come into an inversion and get all the wonderful benefits of an inversion. Notice how my legs are up there. The blood is getting to drain out of varicose veins. It relieves all the stress on the lower back that takes most of it during the day. Cardiovascular system. Many many benefits to inversion. I'm slowly coming out of it. These are fun!"
