"Another variation in headstand and have a little fun is coming into Eagle Pose. So what I'm going to be doing once I get into my headstand is crossing one leg over the other, and tucking the foot behind the calf, while I slightly come into a gentle squat. Eagle Legs. So we're going to find that headstand first. Making sure you always go very slowly into it; like you're doing it on purpose. Measuring off. Finding your tripod. Make sure your head and neck are comfortable. You're bracing your thumbs on the back of the head. Tuck those toes. Walk until you have a nice straight spine. I'm going to lift with my core this time, as I lift up into my nice headstand. Then coming into the variation: cross my left leg over my right, tuck the foot behind the calf. Then come into a little bit of a squat, coming into Eagle Legs. And then coming out gently. And then lowering down. That one was fun!"
