"Collar pose, bound angle, pondukinasita. This is a lovely seated position. And again you can take other poses into headstand and kind of enjoy them together. So we're going to come into headstand and then come into bound angle. Finding my tripod, grabbing hold of either side of my elbows. Making my tripod, placing that spot on my head where I balance a book. And making sure I lift up with control. And as soon as I feel safe, comfortable, I'm going to come into a nice bound angle. Soles of the feet come together, knees come out to the sides. And just meditate here for a while. Lifting the legs up gently. And then lowering down. Coming into balasana: child pose."
