"Lotus Pose: padimasida. Its a nice cross legged comfortable seated position. We're going to take it a step further and come into lotus pose in headstand Shir Sasida. So I'm going to come into my headstand first. I'm not going to be lifting as I'm sitting into lotus. I'm going to go into lotus after I find my headstand. This time I'm going to go up to headstand with the core strength. So I'm going to lift one leg at a time, engage my core and lift. Find the headstand. Be safe, be secure, be comfortable before you go into that next pose. I'm going to go into lotus very slowly. Hold it for just a brief time. Then gently release back up into headstand. And then lower down with my core. Always coming into child pose after your headstand."
