"Along with the many health benefits of Shir shasna; relieving the lower spine resting the cardiovascular system, the nervous system. You can also have a little bit of a workout with headstand. So what I'm going to be doing next is ecapoda shir shasna one legged. I'm going to be engaging my core and literally dropping one leg down at a time, very slowly. Doing it on purpose. Slowly coming into tabletop. Going into my headstand slowly, making sure I have my measurement. Making my tripod. So I'm grabbing hold of either side of the elbows. Releasing the hands forward without moving my elbows. Tucking the toes, slowly pressing the crown of my head, into that nice spot where you balance a book, onto the mat. Thumbs behind you. Coming up, nice straight spine. Making sure I'm ready before I lift. Finding that nice sweet spot in headstand, where I'm comfortable. And then slowly lowering one leg down. Lifting. Other leg and lift. Coming down gently and release."
