"To bring a little action and have a little fun in your headstands, you can come in some nice variations. This next one I'm going to be doing, I'm going to be doing it into a nice wide leg variation, little bit of a straddle stretch, while I'm in headstand. So again, come into tabletop. It?s very important to make sure you build your tripod slowly. So I'm going to drop my elbows to the floor, measure off. Make my tripod. And I'm going to be using the gentle lift this time. Tucking the toes, walking until I feel a nice straight spine. And then just gently lifting. Coming into my headstand slowly and on purpose. Now I'm equally pressing into that tripod. Slightly pulling in through the belly. And then coming in for the variation. Slowly dropping the legs off to the side. Keep pressing into my tripod. And then slowly, dropping the legs back together. And the lowering down gently. And releasing into child pose."
