" We're going to come into headstand sheer sasna with a wide leg forward fold. It?s a fun way to do it, but remember, this does take a little bit of core strength. And you might need a teacher with you the first time you try. Coming in, I'm going to stand up. I'm going to come into a nice wide leg forward fold. Inhaling up. Exhale, releasing down into a forward fold. Now I'm going to place my hands on the floor about shoulder with apart. Place the crown of my head onto the mat. And very slowly, engaging core, sweeping the legs up and together. Holding this only as long as it?s comfortable. Never holding a pose longer than it?s uncomfortable. Then I'm going to slowly come out. Engage the core muscles, come into a straddle stretch. And release it down. Always coming into child's pose after you do a headstand."
