"If you've been practicing Yoga for awhile you can use your core to lift up into it. Just make sure you've been practicing and you have a little bit of core strength when you come up this way. Slowly, I'm going to come into tabletop. I'm going to make my tripod. So I'm going to lower down the elbows, measuring off. As long as I've been practicing, I still measure off every single time. Making my tripod, making sure I'm not clenching too hard. Placing that spot on my head where I balance a book. Thumbs gently rest on the back of the head. Tucking the toes, straightening out the legs. Now I'm going to walk until I feel a nice straight back. And then I'm going to start engaging my core muscles, lifting up just my right leg. And then my left. It takes a little bit of core strength. Now I'm going to start thinking about that tripod; pressing into the tripod. Pulling into the belly; easing in. Trying to find that nice sweet spot in your head stand. So coming out of it, again, using your core. Dropping knees and releasing into child pose"
