"We will be coming into headstand with a nice gentle lift. Coming into the eight steps of lifting in to headstands. There are many benefits for headstand giving your cardiovascular system and your nervous system a nice gentle release also all the pressure is on your lower back during the day and it gives your lower back a little bit of release too. So were going to come into headstand with a gentle lift coming into to tabletop you wan to make sure you build a nice tripod so drop the elbows down to the mat. Measuring off is very important and coming into the tripod clasping the hands together nit gripping just a gentle hold of the hands now I?m going to be placing that spot on my head where I balance a book not on the top not on the forehead but right about there. Right in between my hands thumbs come to the back of the head. Now coming up slowly I?m tucking the toes Pressing the hips up straightening the legs. I?m going to walk until I feel a nice straight back then I?m just going to lift. And again lift and again just gentle lift. Pressing in to my tripod now it?s very important when you are doing a nice headstand to start and end in a nice child pose. So I?m going to slowly release it back down. And come into child."
