"Alright now we're going to show you a great butt exercise. This s one of Jane Fonda's favorites. These are kick backs. You are on your hands and knees and you're going to breath out and lift your knee up, trying to put your foot up on the ceiling. Let's do it. Good. Now Amy is going slow to keep it safe. She is also trying not to arch her lower back. She is trying to keep her torso in a neutral position. This will protect her back. She is moving nice and slowly. This will work on the Gluteous Maximus. If you don't like your shape in your skirt, this is the exercise. Also if this is a challenge you can also lean over a bed or a ball to support your back and if this gets too easy try putting some ankle weights on and you'll be having fun. "
