"Alright now we're going to do Bruces. This is an exercise for your outer butt so ladies if you don't like your butt this is a great exercise. Also if you have bad knees this is a great leg exercise that does not involve knees. So Amy is going to straighten out her top leg. She is going to point her toe towards the floor with her heel up. Now she is going to roll her hips down towards the floor gently and she is going to breath out and lift her heel up towards the ceiling. She is going to remember to breath out and this should work the outside of your butt. Remember to keep breathing and move slowly. If you want it to be more challenging, don't let your toe touch the floor when you come down. Now if you would like it to be even more challenging than this, put some ankle weights on. "
