"Ok next were going to show you an exorcise for you calf's anyplace you've got a set of steps you can do this. So what you do is just step up on to the steps hold on to the wall or what's ever is convent. Put the balls of your feet on the step then slowly let your heals sink down get a nice good stretch and then breath up come up and come as high as you can. These are heal raises and these will give you good calf's. Go down as low as you can and come up as high as you can. Remember to keep breathing. Keep your body ridged don't let your butt stick out. Now if these prove to be too easy do a single calf raise. So Amy's going to put one foot behind her apposing heal and she's go in to go into singles now. In this exorcise I wouldn't actually almost keep your leg locked out. Breathe out and come up. If you get to the point where you can do thirty on your right leg thirty on your left leg and thirty on your both."
