"Okay, next we're going to do some exercises for the love handles. Amy's going to put her knees together. Now, she's going to let them fall to the side. She's going to put her hands behind her head. She's going to look up. Pick a spot on the ceiling. Pretend there's a tennis ball between her chin and the top of her chest and she's going to breath out and bring her shoulders up off the ground into a side crunch. So, let's try that Amy. So, as you notice, she's looking straight up to try to keep her head in a neutral position. She's breathing out as she comes up and this is going to work the obliques, her sides. Now, if this is too easy, she's going to go on and do a jack now. To do a jack, Amy is going to take her inside arm and put it on her side. She's going to take her other arm and put it here. Now, she's going to use her elbow to push down gently and she's going to lift her legs and her shoulders at the same time. Let's try this Amy. She's breathing up and coming up. Now, this is a bit more of a challenge but this should be a good exercise for your sides. If this bothers your back or your neck; don't do it. Now, if you really want a challenge; stop using your arm to help. Now, Amy's going to take both arms and point them forward."
