"The next exercise we're going to do is push-ups. This is an upper body exercise. If you don't have a lot of upper body strength, we recommend going from your knees. So, what Amy is going to do is she's going to take shoulder width or a little wider, depending on what's comfortable. She's on her knees. Then she's going to bend her elbows and come down slowly into a push-up. Let's do it. She's going to try to keep her body in a somewhat neutral position. Don't let your belly sag down too much or don't arch up to high. Make sure to keep breathing when you do this. If you want to be official; breathe out as you come up. If not, just remember to breath. This is going to work your chest, your shoulders, and the back of your arms. Now, if these are too easy, we're going to challenge Amy. We're going to go to full push-ups. For most guys, you want to do full push-ups. She's going to get off of her knees. She's going to be on her hands and her toes. Now, she's going to come down into a full push-up. Same idea, but this is more difficult. Good. Once again, if this bothers your shoulders, your elbows or your wrists this may not be the exercise for you. Now, finally we're going to give Amy a real challenge."
