Video Transcript

"Okay, now we're going to do some squats. You can do these exercises any time, any place. To do squats properly Amy is going to point her toes straight ahead or slightly out but never turn them in. Then Amy's going to put her weight on her heels and sit backwards, pushing her butt out behind her as she squats down. Go ahead; let's do it. Good. Now if Amy, and continue on, if Amy's doing these properly, weight is going to be on her heels. Her knees are not going to go over her toes and her thighs are never going to go below the depth of her knees. You want to make sure to keep breathing as you do these. Sit down comfortably. Slower is always going to be safer. This is going to work your legs, your butt and your lower back. This exercise, great exercise, you can do it any where, any time. And now, we'll move on to our next exercise."
