"Hi, this is Dave and Amy from High Road Gym in Denver, Colorado. Today, we're going to show you some exercises that you can do anywhere, anytime. Some of the easiest exercises to do are abdominal exercises. The easiest thing to do is a crunch. What Amy is going to do now, she is going to bend her knees to take stress off of her lower back. She's going to put her hands behind her head but she's going to look up at the ceiling so as not to pull on her neck too much. She's going to breath out and gently crunch up towards the ceiling. Breathing out, go ahead and start. As she comes up she's going to try to lift her shoulders off the mat. She's going to bring them up and down slowly. Breathing out, making sure to breath as she does this. Try to pull from your shoulders, Amy, not from your head. As you come up, air comes out. You're trying to squeeze your abdominal muscles. This is the easiest ab exercise there is. Now, in some situations, for some people, this may bother your neck. If this bothers your neck, don't do it. In that case we have another idea for you."
