"Hi! I'm Dave Feraco on behalf of Expert Village. We talked about the importance of stretching pre-workout, but it's just as important to stretch post workout. With that in mind, let me show you a couple more stretches. First is a quadricep stretch. With your left leg straight out in front of you, bend your right leg at a 90 degree angle with your foot beside your buttock. Gently lean back till you feel a stretch or a pull in front of your upper thigh. Like all stretches, hold for 20-30 seconds. At that point, switch legs and repeat. Another stretch I'd like to show you is a stretch for the hamstrings and inner thighs. Put your legs in a V position, lean forward from the hips until you feel a pull or a stretch in your inner thigh. Once you feel that pull, hold for 20-30 seconds. "
