"Hi! I'm Dave Feraco on behalf of Expert Village. Now I'd like to show you a couple more stretches. One for your quadricep, which is the front of your upper thigh, and another one for your calf, which is the bottom of your lower leg. The quadricep stretch. Put your hand on a pole or a wall for balance. With your opposite hand, grab the ankle of your opposite leg and pull towards your buttocks. Again, with all stretching you want to pull to a point where you feel a slight pull and hold it there for 30 seconds. Once you've done that, you want to switch and do it with the opposite leg. Again, it's very important with all stretches not to bounce into the stretch. I'd also like to show you a stretch for your calves. Using a wall or a pole, lean up against it. One leg forward, the other leg out straight back behind you. Lean into the pole of the wall until you feel a slight stretch on your lower leg. When you feel that stretch, hold it there for 20 seconds. Once you've stretched one leg, reverse position and stretch the other leg."
