"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gilson Oliveira, speaking to you from Camp Unfitted in New York City, bringing to you today, practice drills for fighters. There is no other way to create perfect motion, perfect timing, than doing repetitions. So exercise that enough that you are going to use. Many, many, many times during a fight, for instance, the guard pass, if you don't have anybody to train you with, or a dummy, you can use if you have one in your gym, a heavy bag, like this. So you can do a regular guard pass from here. And just follow the training thirty seconds into this drill. From here and this side. "
