"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gilson Oliverira, speaking to you from Camp Unfitted in New York City bringing you today practice drills for fighters. We have many options to develop strength and expansiveness for your kicks. OK, so those that are strikers pay close attention to this exercise. Many times during the fight you are, most of the time you are slightly bent and some times except in the ring fighters, you have a low, low level because always there is a possibility of a take downs. So it is very important for us to develop spins with the almost 90 degree here at your knees. So if you want to go this position to a kick, this is a good exercise to perform. From here you just move all the way up and perform a front kick. Inhale, explode and down. Inhale, and down. Inhale and at the same time you are going to be feeling it in your bounce and your secular."
