"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Gilson Oliveira speaking to you from Camp Undefeated in New York City bringing to you today practice drills for fighters. By now we all know how important it is to have a really strong core muscles. So this is called Swedish abs. Actually it is formed with four exercises that are going to be positionous. They will be just executed just one after the other. Now what we're going to do now is just hold eyes on methods. So we are going to start on the plank. For beginnings you start with just 15 seconds for each position. From the plank, you're going to move to your side. Place your hands on hip and keep your hip up for about 15 seconds and then you move to the back and bring your feet real close to your hips and move up and hold for another 15 and then you switch for the next and last one position; your left side. If you want then you can move to seventh circle going back to the plank and return, up and end it."
