Video Transcript

"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Gilson "the Barbarian" Oliveira, speaking to you from Camp Undefeated in New York City, bringing to you today, practice drills for fighters. To master take-downs, first you need to know how to do a shooting. So you do have to know how to position your feet, your knees, when you are going to the shooting. Before you start trying to go to the shooting from a standing position, master first how to do the right positioning with your foot and your knee. From this position, you thrust your hips forward, land and bring your other leg up. Go for the whole length. Once you master this motion, it can be done for one (1), two (2) minutes, for rounds, then you can then try to apply it into your shooting in this position here. You just add then getting up, standing up, on the opposite leg."
