"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gilson Oliveira speaking to you from Camp Undefeated in New York City bringing to you today practice drills for fighters. For fighters especially those that deal with wrestling and jujitsu wrestling, they know that they are in a position that they are on the bottom and they need to get out of that position. One drill, one exercise that can be applied is bridging. Alright, so you have your back on the ground, make sure that your feet are going to be really close to your hips and you're going to bridge to get out of this position, but you're not going to go over head or your neck would break. You're going to bridge over your shoulder reaching this way. So, you can first start with this bridging and you're going to go over the shoulder, then you're going to learn how to do the bridging moving to the third position to get out of any kind of situation; then you need to reverse the position. From here, do not place your heel on the ground because this is going to slow you down. You're going to go all the way through."
