"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Gilson Oliveira, speaking to you from Camp Undefeated in New York City, bringing to you today, practice drills for fighters. When it comes to athletes or fighters, bi-motor skills are very important. There are many ways to do and many exercises to do it. For common sports mainly, especially the ones we are working around, there are four (4) exercises that it's a must for you to master. There are: front roll, back roll, cartwheel and round outs. Once you master these movements, you can basically do anything you want, from four (4) points, six (6) points or just that. Be sure to master both sides. For any these exercises, it's very important to have mastered two (2) sides at any time. It doesn't matter if you're going to do from the front or back, you need to be able to do it like so."
