"Warrior two is a wonderful, beautiful pose. It helps build concentration and it empowers the body. I'm going to have Emily take a nice wide step facing this direction. Perfect. Nice wide gate here. A little bit wider. A good measurement here is if you extend the arms all the way up coming into 5 star, her ankles are as wide as her wrist. The pose becomes a little bit harder if your feet are too close, so you do want to have a nice wide gate here. I'm going to have you turn your toes to the right. Right toes come to the right. The left heel drops back, so the left toes point to the right. Notice how her hips and shoulders still facing forward. Beautiful. Slowly and gently, without leaning to the right, start bending that right knee. Just bending the knee. Beautiful. Nice torso here. Gazing over the right fingertips. Notice how her shoulders are nice and relaxed. You also want to slightly tuck that tail bone to keep it from getting a little bit of blooming backside there. Empowering this left thigh, this the strength in this pose right here. Beautiful pose. Literally think about lengthening through the fingertips. Strengthens the thighs. Strengthens the back. Builds that wonderful concentration. To come out of it very slowly, gently relax your arms down, straightening out that right knee. Turn the toes back to center, bending the knees, and gently stepping together. Lovely."
