"Allowing warrior one to come into a nice breath flow so you can kind of work with the breath, learn from your breath. We're going to have Emily coming into a warrior one breath flow. Emily, standing right here, I'm going to have you take a nice step forward with your left leg. Perfect. At first, here knees are going to stay nice and straight. Back heel is dropped off. Strong back thigh. Bring your hands beside your chest facing forward. It's very important to work with the breath here. Take a nice deep inhale. As you exhale, press forward bending that knee. Beautiful. Completely empty the lungs. Inhaling, standing up nice and tall. Exhale, press forward. Emily those lungs. Strong back leg. Inhaling nice and tall. Exhale, pressing forward. Inhaling, nice and tall. Release your arms off to the sides and then step forward gently."
