"The half sun salutation is a good way again, for Emily to be working with her breath, but also getting a little bit of a workout here. We're going to be combining several of the standing poses all into one beautiful breath flow. Emily, bring in your feet a good foot and a half apart, toes facing forward. If your hips allow it, toes slightly more in than the heels. Perfect. Dropping your arms off to the sides. Remember, this is very important to work with your breath through this whole flow. Slowly inhaling your arms all the way up to the sky. As you exhale, surrender or swan dive right into a nice forward fold. Inhaling to a campers pose. Nice high squat. Bend the knees, hands come to the thighs. Exhaling into your beautiful chair pose. Palms face each other. Inhale back to campers pose. Hands just come down to the thighs. Exhale, release into the fold. Let your hands hang. Inhale, reverse. Swan dive all the way up exhaling. Heart center. This flow is wonderful to do a good 3-4 times. "
