"Women whose cultural positions involve a lot of squatting and they tend to have easier births. We are going to have Emily drop into a little squat here. So Emily drop your arms here and tuck your toes. Press up and now just come into it slowly. First kind of walk the feet away from each other with toes pointed slightly out. First what we are going to do is drop a blanket behind her so she can let he heels down comfortably. Perfect. Use the blanket or anything to support the heels. Hands come into that nice squat. Now we are going to try it where you can drop the heels down. Be very mindful if you can, if this pose is available, go ahead and try it and the blanket is a wonderful thing to keep underneath the heels. Alright, I'm taking away the blanket and drop the hands. Now widen your feet just a little bit, right here. Are you comfortable? Release those heels, hands come to Namaste. Arms on the inside of the knees. This pose is really good to help constipation and it also brings some circulation to the pelvic area. Wonderful pose. Big part of prenatal yoga."
