"When coming into a Prenatal Yoga Class on your hands and knees expect to start with Cat Chow. Now with Cat Chow Tail, there is a modification in prenatal yoga. You do not want to take it to the full Cat Chow Pose where you got that nice sway at the back. You don't want to loose that control. But you do get to enjoy the cat position. So I'm going to have Emily here come to hands and knees. Now blanket can be used in this, go ahead come to hands and knees, to place underneath your knees to make sure you are comfortable. Beautiful! Just a little bit. Placing the knees on there, bringing yourself to hands and knees, now you want the hands underneath the shoulders, your knees underneath your hips and you want those knees kind of hip with apart, a little bit more if its comfortable. Perfect. Now coming in to Cat Chow Tails, very slowly and gently inhale, lift the chin up very slightly, exhale into cat stretch, tuck the tail bone, tuck the chin, and hug that baby in. Inhale back to a nice neutral spine, chin is very slightly lifted. Exhale into that cat stretch, tuck the tail bone, tuck that chin, beautiful. Inhaling straight spine, exhaling to cat stretch. Wonderful thing to do first thing in the morning to loosen up that back. Inhale to a nice neutral spine and press down into child pose. Breath into that back. Beautiful."
