"Alright, when you've begun to feel stronger and stronger through our sequence -we've done our dolphin, we've done our plank poses, we've done all kinds of things- now, the coup de gras is our bunny hops into a handstand, the ultimate inversion. The way we're going to work up to it is we're going to do it from a down dog. Obviously, again, don't do this in the middle of your living room on the first try, get a wall behind you, and get a spotter. So from, this is what this looks like, from your down dog you're just going to use your belly and hop. You're shifting your shoulders over your wrists. See if you can just do 10 of these and slowly, eventually you're going to come into your handstand. It's much harder to do when you're talking at the same time. Good luck, happy practicing."
