"So this next pose, once you've rocked a whole bunch of dolphins and you're feeling really, really strong through your arms, through your shoulders and everything, this is the grand result of all of that dolphin posing, all of that forearm strengthening. This is peacock pose, or forearm pose. So, you're going to start much the same way as you would start your dolphin pose. Find a comfortable place for your hands, don't let your elbows be too far apart and then slowly, slowly -you can of course do this against a wall- slowly, slowly, slowly let your feet rise to come into beautiful, beautiful peacock pose. There are many variations here, but this one is the basic version of the pose. So do that against a wall first, obviously please don't practice bizarre inversions in the middle of your living room without first having done them against the wall. Once you're feeling strong from those dolphin poses, try it."
