"So, the next pose for strengthening our upper body is a really miraculous pose. It's called dolphin pose. If you're not comfortable with inversions, if you're scared to do those things and you're going to take a header. So our next pose for strengthening upper body is dolphin pose. This is a miraculous pose. This pose, if you are uncomfortable with going upside down doing headstands, handstands, any kind of arm balances, this pose is the one that's going to get you there. So it starts, it looks kind of like a down dog on your forearms. And in fact is is a down dog on your forearms. Don't let your elbows lean further out than your shoulders. You can clasp your hands or you can lay your palms flat in front of you. As you come into a modified table top, you're going to exhale up into a down dog on your forearms. Don't worry about dropping your heels down you can go ahead and stay on the balls of your feet. This pose is about repetition. So, we're going to exhale as we come forward. Bringing the nose beyond the finger tips. And we're going to inhale as we come back. Lifting through the tail bone and the hips. Exhaling and inhaling. Exhaling and inhaling. And when you're done, when you've done, I don't know, ten of those, then you can come rest in child's pose with your arms by your side for ten breaths. Long and strong. Inhaling and exhaling through your nose. See if you can do three sets of those. Then tell me about how you feel."
